- Orders may ship in multiple shipments for faster delivery.
- Delivery time is number of days from date shipped. Do not include the day that your package ships when calculating days.
- Leave at door policy: Carriers will leave packages at your door and do not require a signature. Digital Supply USA is not responsible after the carrier delivers the package.
- Notice of lost package must be received within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
- We reserve the right to select the carrier and class of service which matches or exceeds the delivery schedule selected.
- If your billing and shipping addresses are different or other information needed, we may need to verify your order for fraud prevention services.
- You may not receive notification that your order has been shipped due to high order volume. For domestic orders you can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days from the day you placed the order (Depends on delivery location). International orders can take up to 2 weeks.
- Any guaranteed delivery time is made by the carrier not Digital Supply USA. The estimated delivery provided at checkout is an estimate only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. Digital Supply USA cannot refund shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimated delivery date.

We do our best to get all shipments out same day if placed by noon CST, but sometimes due to volume we cannot meet this goal. To help alleviate your concerns, we offer a Priority Processing service.
